the other "tied for best" dish. expected some traditional veg (carrots, onions, mushrooms) but didn't miss them. unbelievably good meat, braised perfectly, pushed over the top by the crispy bits. quintessential puree and spinach. exquisite sauce. licked the plate clean

beef (bulgogi). sunny side up eggs. get rice instead of toast. put gochuajng on your rice. put your sunny eggs on the gochujang'ed rice. put salt and pepper on your eggs. open your hashbrown sandwich and put pepper on it.
